The new SRES and Early Education Center (EEC) was designed to support 951 new seats with multiple buildings, playfields, and underground parking. EEC #1, was combined with this new elementary school. The design was required to fit four buildings and three playfields onto the existing site. To achieve this, the elementary building was designed as a two-level facility and included all playfields.
Additional services involved construction documentation, including parametric technique of cost estimating.
